  • Player Online Profiles

    All players are required to create an online profile to manage reservations, event sign-ups, waivers, and payment info.

  • Spouse & Family Memberships

    All family members must reside at the same address to qualify for a family membership.

  • Membership Fees

    Membership fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be paused or placed on hold.

    To cancel your membership before it renews, please contact us via phone or email.

  • Billing

    We are a cashless facility. All reservations and purchases are charged immediately to the preferred payment method saved in your profile.

  • Court Reservations

    Each court reservation can accommodate up to 6 players.

    Seasonal Block Reservations may include up to 8 players.

  • Equipment

    We provide pickleballs for all games. Loaner paddles are available at no cost; however, a $50 fee will be charged for any unreturned paddle.

  • Cancellation Policy

    To avoid full charges, cancellations for court reservations, open play, social play, practice sessions, clinics, and lessons must be made at least 36 hours before the start time.

    - Seasonal block reservations are non-refundable.

    - Leagues and tournaments may have specific cancellation policies provided at registration.

    - Members with more than two cancellations in a month may have their membership revoked without a refund.

  • No-Show Fee

    A $20 fee will be applied for any missed reservation or event without prior cancellation. Repeated no-shows may result in membership cancellation.

  • Refunds and Credits

    Refunds are issued as member account credits, which may be applied toward future membership fees, reservations, or events. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

  • Food and Beverages

    Snacks and soft drinks are available for purchase. Players may bring their own food and beverages; however, no food or colored drinks are allowed on the courts.
