Passion Pickleball welcomes both members and non-members. A paid membership is not required to participate in most club activities. Players may register through CourtReserve Public Bookings or create a free Basic (Non-Member) Account. Paid memberships offer additional benefits and discounts based on the membership selected.
All participants must be registered in advance, whether attending open play, clinics, leagues, or lessons. Walk-ins are not permitted.
All players must complete the required waiver and check in at the front desk or kiosk before entering the courts. Memberships and club privileges are for the registered member only and may not be shared.
Membership Renewals & Cancellations: Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next scheduled billing date. Membership fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Memberships cannot be paused or placed on hold. Canceling a membership prevents future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current membership period.
-
Advance registration or a confirmed reservation is required for all open play sessions, clinics, leagues, and court rentals. Reservations and registrations are managed through CourtReserve.
We understand that plans sometimes change. If you're unable to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation or withdraw from the event at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund.
If you are unable to attend, please be sure to cancel or withdraw rather than simply not showing up. A $20 no-show fee will be charged to participants who do not attend without canceling their registration or reservation.
This policy helps us manage court availability, accommodate players on waiting lists, and ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to participate.
-
All reservations, registrations, and purchases are charged immediately to the preferred payment method saved in your CourtReserve profile. Please ensure your payment information is accurate and up to date to avoid any interruptions when booking activities or making purchases.
We understand that plans may change. When a cancellation or withdrawal qualifies for a refund under our cancellation policy, refunds are issued as member account credits rather than returned to the original payment method.
Account credits may be applied toward future membership fees, court reservations, clinics, open play sessions, or other club events and activities.
Member account credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Appropriate athletic clothing and non-marking court shoes are required. Footwear must be suitable for indoor court movement and must not damage the playing surface. -
To ensure enjoyable, competitive, and welcoming play for everyone, participants are expected to register for open play sessions, leagues, and other skill-designated activities that reasonably match their playing ability.
Beginner, Low Intermediate, Intermediate, High Intermediate, and Advanced sessions are designed for players at those respective levels. Please do not register for a higher-level session simply because space is available.
If you find that the level of play is significantly beyond your current ability, we ask that you recognize the mismatch and voluntarily step out of the game or speak with a staff member about a more appropriate session. Likewise, players should not intentionally register for lower-level sessions where the difference in ability may negatively affect the experience of others.
Our goal is not to exclude anyone, but to create fair, enjoyable, and appropriately competitive games for all participants. Club staff may recommend or require a player to move to a more suitable skill-level session when necessary.
-
Players must meet the stated skill-level, age, registration, and participation requirements for each league, clinic, tournament, or special event.
Please arrive on time and follow the event format, rotation system, and instructions provided by staff or instructors. Program schedules, formats, and court assignments may be adjusted when necessary. Substitutions and missed-session policies may vary by program.
-
Passion Pickleball is committed to providing a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment for all players, guests, and staff.
Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Harassment, intimidation, abusive language, aggressive behavior, discrimination, and intentional disruption of play are not tolerated. Players should make fair line calls, respect their opponents and partners, and handle disagreements courteously.
Staff may intervene when conduct or play creates a safety concern or significantly interferes with others' enjoyment. Repeated or serious violations may result in removal from an activity or suspension of club privileges.
