Drop-In Play is an informal open-play session designed for all skill levels—a more casual, less competitive version of Open Play. Players are welcome to join anytime during the session and leave whenever they choose. Although there’s a scheduled session time, participants can come and go freely. Courts are designated by skill level—Beginner/Novice, Low Intermediate/Intermediate, and High Intermediate/Advanced—but everyone is encouraged to rotate and enjoy matches across all levels. After each game, all four players rotate off the court and rejoin the queue, allowing the next group to step in and play. For those looking for a bit more competition, a designated Challenge Court will be available—winners stay on until defeated. It’s the perfect opportunity to relax, have fun, and meet fellow players beyond your rating category.

Jay Van Dyke - Top Rated Squarespace Web Designer in New Jersey

Hi, I’m Jay. I’m a freelance web developer who specializes in Squarespace, and I’ve been building and customizing Squarespace sites for over 9 years.

A lot of my experience comes from working inside the real constraints of the platform, not just designing pages but dealing with how sites actually behave once they’re live. That means things like layout limitations, styling edge cases, performance quirks, and the moments where Squarespace is great until it suddenly isn’t.

Most of what I write here comes directly from real projects, real questions, and real problems I see people run into with Squarespace every day.
